Happy Valentines Day everyone! I’m linking up with Erika for Friday Favorites- so here’s my list of favorites for this week:

My first favorite from the week is Valentines Day!! We got to go to Cooper’s school today for Lunch with a Loved One. Cooper’s requested his favorites: mac and cheese and bacon. We brought a big picnic blanket, sat with some friends, and ate lunch. We also got to spend some time in Cooper’s classroom watching him decorate his Valentine Pocket.
Tonight I’ll be making a nice dinner for my two favorite guys. We’re having spaghetti carbonara, and grilled artichokes. Then we’re going to have an ice cream and movie night and watch the movie Up. The perfect Valentines Day evening if you ask me!
A holiday all about spending time with the people you love is definitely my favorite.

Last weekend I surprised Cooper with these:
Shrinky Dinks Art and Craft Activity
Do you remember Shrinky Dinks? I came across these on Amazon and ordered a box for Cooper. He LOVED making these! This box has a great assortment- there are robots, a shark, reptiles, bugs, trucks, etc. It was nice to find something crafty that WASN’T geared towards girls! Of course, there are other sets that have girly designs, like flowers and butterflies too. He really liked coloring them(I did some too), and he thought it was so cool that they came out of the oven small and hardened. The kit includes supplies to turn your Shrinky Dinks into keychains, magnets, and more.
Best part- this box is less than $10(with the link above), and they only take 2 minutes in the oven. A fun and easy craft activity is a favorite!

A few weeks ago Cooper started a Karate class! He really didn’t want to do it at first, but after only 3 classes he LOVES it. Seeing my sweet kid push himself out of his comfort zone and find new confidence is my favorite thing ❤

This made me laugh so hard! It is 100% me. Obviously there are other weirdos out there just like me, or else this meme wouldn’t exist…right?
