Friday Favorites #10

Hey everyone! I’m linking up with Erika today for another Friday Favorites edition. 😊 It’s been a busy, fun week- and I’m so happy Friday is here! Today is Coop’s last day of school and we are READY for Winter Break. Here we go:

One

My first favorite of the week is going to be all the time spent with our friends lately! You can ready about our friend-filled fun in my last two weekend recap posts:

We are so lucky to have such amazing friends!

Cooper’s class had a Gingerbread House Party this week! We had a great time seeing his frosting construction skills in action. I volunteered Cody for the Antler Ring toss game and that was definitely fun to watch! 😁 He was such a good sport! Class parties are always a favorite!

Cooper also had his Christmas Performance this week. The entire 1st grade sang “You’re a Mean One Mr.Grinch” and “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer “. He did great! I was very proud of him for doing all the choreography and singing his loudest. I love the moment when he walked onto the stage with his class and he spotted us in the crowd. That “I see my people” look- that’s an awesome thing!!

Another favorite this week would have to be my house! I love my Christmas decorations and I wish I could keep them up all year. It’s just so warm and cozy feeling. Here are some pictures of our home:

Five

Christmas cards! We’ve been receiving a bunch these week, and if you know me you know I love Christmas cards! I put them all on ribbons and hang them up. I also keep them and hang them up year after year. This is what they look like:

I started making these card ribbons back in 2010, so I have a bunch. I especially love having cards with pictures and seeing how much all the kids have grown throughout the years! We also have cards from loved ones who have passed away- so having those to look at every year is very special to us.

Six

Today was pajama day at Coopers school and I really love Christmas pajamas! I always buy a couple new sets every year, and then I have to take pictures of him in front of the tree. Here are some pictures from this year and a few older ones:
